This is a mature, well developed, and easy to follow program that adds much needed backup support to Linux.
Pros
Non cryptic - easy to use and follow. Good examples on the website.
Cons
I cannot think of even one.

So useful and reliable. It has been the backbone of my maintenance of 50-70 PC's for years now.

Not super easy to clone to a smaller drive.
