• 使用している OS のバージョンを記述してください。表示関係の問題の場合、XP であれば Lnua が有効かどうか、Vista/7 であれば Aero が有効かどうかを記述してください。
• 可能な限り詳しく、再現するための操作手順と起きている現象を記述してください。

悪い例:
SSHで 192.0.2.1 に接続できなかった

良い例:
スタートメニューから "Tera Term" をクリックすると "New Connection" ダイアログが表示される
TCP port# は 22、Service は SSH、SSH version は SSH2 で、Host に 192.0.2.1 を入力する
OK ボタンを押したら、"Connection timed out" というメッセージボックスが表示されて接続できなかった

A bad example:
I can not connect to 192.0.2.1 by using SSH.

A good example:
I click the "Tera Term" on the starup menu, and then the "New Connection" dialog is shown.
I specify the TCP port is 22, the Service is SSH, and the SSH verion is SSH2. Next, I input 192.0.2.1 ipaddress into the Host textbox and push the OK button.
Unfortunately, I can not connect the the remote host after the "Connection timed out" message box is shown.
