Details

Just a quick note -- will not work with the rest of the
functions as these are used outside of the scope of
this file. I am rewriting the remainder of /lib/ so
that this is possible.

Also, you need to have a naming convention. If you've
got the file "plugin.php" then the good function
declarations are usually "plugin_" rather than
"do_plugin".

Please be advised that the ugly function at the bottom
isn't rewritten completely yet as I am expanding the
structure to include UNIX-like structures for user-logins .
