で "test" が来た時の動作と合わないんですよね。この場合は 's' が来た時点で "es" の方が確定するので、result が 2 になります。
result=2になると思っていましたで違うのでしょうか。そうでなければ、"es"の後にもう一文字が来るまで"es"も確定しないことになります。

はい、result=2 になります。これは "es" の方が先に(受信文字数が少ない段階で)条件を満たす為ですが、同じように "a" と "" を考えた場合、受信文字数が 0 の時点で条件を満たす "" の方になるという考え方も有るかなと思いまして。

# この考え方に従うと、wait "" は即座に終了して result に 1 を返すべきのような気もしてきた。
wait "" で即座に返るようにするなら、正常動作とするべきでは内容に思います。wait文の役目とする「待機」を行わないからです。

結局は"空文字列を待つ"というのにどのような意味を与えるかという事になるのですが、 wait は受信バッファに指定した文字列が入るのを待つわけですが、受信バッファが空の状態でも空文字列は入っていると考える事もできますよね。

あと、wait "" で何か一文字受信するのを待つようにした場合、一文字の読み飛ばしが発生しますよね。例えば、

wait "TE"
wait ""
wait "ST"

としている時に "TEST" を受信した場合、"S" が wait "" で読み飛ばされるので三行目の wait が条件を満たさなくなります。

まあ、現状の動作はよくなく、こだわりすぎて結局変わらないというのは避けたいので、とりあえず

wait "" では何か一文字受信するのを待つ
wait "a" "" で "a" がきた場合は result=1 にする

という動作にしましょうか。実装的にもこれが一番楽ですし。

I noted that sending files from network sources is very slow. When checking the source, I realized that this is because the file to be sent is accessed byte for byte.

Attached is a patch that implements a simple "caching" to greatly improve speed. In fact, simply the file is loaded in one transfer into the memory before it is sent.

I implemented this only for the "simple" Send File, not for ZMODEM, etc., as I have no ability to test these. I have tried to implement it in a way that the caching does not interfere with these functions. I think, extension to support also these functions should be easy. (However, some functions use _llseek, which is not implemented in the caching yet.)

It would be great to see this patch (or maybe an improved version) in the next release.

Please add a search function... tera term is great... I hate securecrt.. but we got to be able to search.. hardly anybody has it.. even in uxin konsole is the only one that has a good search.

wait/waitlnとwaitregexで複数のパラメータを指定した時の動作が違う。

例えば "ABC" という文字列を受信した時、

wait "ABC" "ABC"

では result が 1 になるが、(前のパラメータ優先)

waitregex "ABC" "ABC"

では result が 2 になる。(後ろのパラメータ優先)

また、"ABCdef" という文字列を受信した時、

wait "ABCdef" "ABC"

では result が 2 になるが、(一文字づつチェックし、先に確定した物が優先)

wait "ABC" "ABCdef"

では通常は result が 2 になる。(基本は行単位でチェックになるので、長い文字列でも先にマッチする事がある)
さらに、受信データが一パケットで来ず、一文字ずつ別のパケットで受信した場合は result が 1 になる。

現在、4.76 SVN#5085を利用しています。

SSHログイン先が共有アカウントのため、vimrcなどで色が変更できないため、デフォルトの色で編集を行う際に、EnableReverseAttrColor=onにしたいのですが、そもそも、BGEnableがonの状態だと、反転表示の制御ができないです。これは、仕様なのか教えてください。

＃好きな画像を背景にしながら黒ベースで反転表示をできるようにしたい。

execコマンドでアプリを起動すると、アプリのカレントディレクトリが ttpmacro.exe のあるフォルダになります。これを getdirコマンドで得られるフォルダにする、もしくは execコマンドのオプションでカレントディレクトリを指定できるようにできないでしょうか。

実装ありがとうございます。試してみたところ希望通りの動作となりました。

試してみて気づいたのですが、execコマンドのカレントディレクトリがマクロファイルのあるディレクトリにならない現象は、 ttpmacro.exeからマクロを実行したときのみの動作でした。 ttermpro.exeのメニューからマクロを実行した場合は、マクロファイルがあるフォルダがカレントディレクトリになっていました。

TeraTermの日本語版を、仕事場の韓国の学校の韓国のWindows7がインストールしてあるPCにインストールして動かした場合。

言語ファイルに「Japanese.lng」を指定しても、韓国語のメニューになってしまう。仕方なく「Default.lng」にすると、英語のメニューになる。

しかし、またここで「Japanese.lng」を指定し直すと、表示がまた韓国語になる。

なお、韓国語の言語ファイルはlangフォルダ内には存在していない。

As I often select something in the terminal window and then want to print this selection, it would be nice to have "Selection" selected by default in the printer dialog.

This is just a very simple change in the source-code, I have attached a patch. It would be great if you could accept it for the next release.

Tera Term Version 4.73 (SVN# 4845) を Windows XP Professional Version 2002 SP3 で使用しています。 2 waitregex で 'パスワード' に引っかからないので、strmatch を使用して文字を分解して確認してみたところ、下記の結果(; より右側)となりました。Tera Term 側の理由なのか、Oniguruma 側の理由なのか、バグなのか、仕様なのかをご確認頂けないでしょうか。

fileopen では常に OF_READWRITE でファイルを開こうとする為、書き込み禁止のファイルを開く事ができない。

読み込み専用でファイルを開く手段が欲しい。

例えば以下のようにログファイルの内容を読んで、過去の出力まで遡って処理を行いたい時に有用。

I need a option to configure the Tera Term as a Server, so that I can access the Tera Term using Telnet.

Simply this feature enables the communication between two Tera Term applications using Client/Server architecture.

Useful Scenarios

1. We can forward the COM/UART connections across PC. That means, we can configure the Tera Term connected to COM/UART port as a server and allow access to this server via TCP connection, so any client can connect to the server tera term & access it. Useful while working with embedded systems where Tera Term used to view debug prints via serial port, one can access it from remote.

What I mean is that if we wanted 0xD1D4 to be the chars to specify new-line, it would be handy to be able to specify that.

Hi, I am asking for following feature request, for Tera Term Macro:

1. .TTL files to be encrypted, in order that content cannot be seen or changed by any other person except the file creator itself. 2. Invoking encrypted .TTL files through the Tera Term Macro, by new command option. Macro should check consistency of .ttl files, and if files are not compromised, encode them (in memory) and execute commands from encoded content.

Reason for feature request: most of the time, we need some commands from .ttl files, to be executed on some network equipment (router, firewall, switch). Although we can encode username/password, the commands to be executed are readable by anyone, and someone could change .ttl files, and execute some commands that might compromise corporate network. To allow anyone to execute macro, but not to change initial macro file content, encoding/decoding of macro .ttl files, could allow that original file content cannot be changed, nor read by other people, but at the same time can be executed by anyone.

I hope this feature request will be accepted, and found useful by others.

I set alpha blending feature to value 250 on WinXP then hangs TeraTerm for 30 sek and i recieved input control then hangs TeraTerm again etc. This Problem exists not on Win 7.

Tera Term has been supported the alpha blending on Windows all families. So, there are no difference between WinXP and Win7.

最小化した際、タスクトレイに格納する機能を追加していただけないでしょうか？

Tera TermをSSHのport forwardingに使用させていただいています。接続したあとはTerm上での作業は行わないため、タスクトレイ化してメニューバーの領域を圧迫しないようにしたいためです。

When I configure a per character transmit delay using Setup->Serial:Transmit delay and enter in 1 as the msec/char delay, the delay seems much longer than 1 millisecond.

The delay implementation has a margin of error. So, when the delay is 1msec, Tera Term will wait more than 1msec. It is not bug but Tera Term's specification.

as i told you, i can't modify the configuration of the router between C and S, the current configuration foresees the "port forwarding" only for the port 23.

Is there any development that would enable to select text via the keyboard from what appears on screen (for example like MS-Word, where you can hold down the Shift+arrow keys), the only way currently is to select the text with the mouse. 以下の環境下でSSHログインする際に「パスワード」入力無しにログイン出来る事を確認しました。お手数ですが、どのような仕様で発生するものかご確認頂けないでしょうか。

・ログイン手順

１．TCP/IPでサーバ名を入力し、SSH(SSHバージョン2)を選択して、OKを押す。２．「ユーザ名/パスフレーズ」を何も入れず(空白)とし、「チェレンジレスポンス認証を使う」を選択して、OKを押す。３．「Please enter user name」と出てくるので「ユーザ名」を入力する。

→パスワードを聞かれず、パスワード無しでログイン出来る。但し、サーバ側のユーザ名・パスワードが同一の場合のです。例：ユーザ/パスワードが root/root

・サーバ情報

Solaris10 OpenSSL(11.10.0)

・teratermバージョン

4.67以前のもの(4.68からはユーザ名・パスワードを両方聞きにくる事を確認しています)

Tera Term 4.67と4.68では、TTSSH.DLL だと 2.54 と 2.55 間になります。下記の変更履歴が影響しているのかもしれません。

--keyboard-interactive認証において、パスワード変更が行えるようにした。 --SSH2 認証で、サーバが認証方式を返さなかったときにアプリケーションが落ちる問題を修正した。

When I select "CR"as new line-character in "Settings -> Terminal Settings" (hopefully translated correctly from my German version) for receiving, it appears to behave like "LF" was selected: When a CR is received, no new line is generated, only when LF is reveived. (CR+LF appear to work correct, but this generated 2 new lines when CR+LF is used as end-of-line).

In my application this is quite annoying (as both CR and CR+LF are used as end-of-line), therefore it would be great if this could be fixed. (I am using TeraTerm 4.73)

Tera Term 4.73 (SVN#4845) でKanjiをUTF-8に設定すると、以下の漢字が正しく表示されません。表示したいホスト上のファイルはUTF-8です。

I use TerraTerm v4.72 to send a text to an embedded computer using XON/XOF protocol at 57600 bps, 8n1 on Serial Port. Terminal is set to VT100. I use Windows XP SP3. Changing the baud rate does not resolve the issue. Other Terminal Program can send the file to the embedded system. This bug has been around for at least two years, all versions. If I remove the XON/XOFF flow control, it does not crash but the receivers buffers overflow.

Well the Server is and SEL-relay (selinc.com), It doesn't give any server log. Hyperterminal works though.

１．概要　エスケープシーケンスの表示処理にて、エスケープシーケンス使用した次の行が消される。

２．現象エスケープシーケンスを使用した「反転」,「アンダーライン」等を行うメニュー表示をしております。

以下の文字列のメニューになります。 ESC[0m メニューの名前 ESC[0m ESC[7m メニューの名前 ESC[0m ESC[0m メニューの名前 ESC[0m ESC[0m メニューの名前 ESC[0m ESC[0m メニューの名前 ESC[0m

選択されているESC[7m（反転）のラインの次行が表示上消されるようなバグがあります。同じようにESC[4m（アンダーライン）としても同じ現象があります。この様なメニューを表示した場合、上に移動すると、移動するたび下のラインが消える現象が出ます。なお、他のエスケープ表示でも同じ現象が発生します。

このバグ初代TeraTermProVer2.3～TeraTermVer4.61間は問題なく正常に動作します。それ以降のTeraTermVer4.67～TeraTermVer4.71以降は正しい処理をしていません。間のバージョンは所有しておりませんので、Ver4.61より後に発生したと思います。

３．その他（バグ？初代からの代替え処理）以下が改善されると嬉です。 ESC[1m 強調表示・・・色を変えずに強調文字を使用していただきたい。　 ESC[2m 垂線表示・・・消さずにフォントの重ね合わせか、垂線用フォントを指定できるようにできませんか？　 ESC[5m ブリンク・・・できればうれしい（タイマでフォント切り替え？）

Many terminal emulators have an option to hide the scrollbar. I think this would be a feature many people would like to have. It is still easy enough to scroll using SHIFT-PAGEUP / SHIFT-PAGEDOWN or mouse-wheel.

But I don't close the window. when I connect to the router a second time in the same window the "SSH Authentification"-window starts behind the Teraterm-window. Hallo, No, it’s nearly the same. When I type <Alt>+<n> on an closed session the "SSH Authentification"-window starts behind the teraterm-window (in the old Version I saw the "SSH Authentification"-window 1 second. On the new version it is faster. When I type <Alt>+<n> on an opened session the resizing of the new tt-window is very slowly (Collector). The new window opens behind the old session. The "SSH Authentification"-window is in front of the old window. But the old tt-session is active. I have to switch to the new session (I click on the tab in the collector) the "SSH Authentification"-window is now active. Here is the "SSH Authentification"-window the hole time in the front. But not the hole time active. In the old version the "SSH Authentification"-window was the hole time active. Wr DB

I have ANSI color coding in my Serial output to TerraTerm. Please add full color printing and font face and style control options.

The printed output is pretty disappointing. "Times Roman" font for output of a Terminal output isn't optimal. Courier New Bold would be much better.

パスワード認証で　Linuxサーバーにログインしてマクロで処理をさせようとしました。初めてログインするサーバーに対しては「セキュリティ警告」が表示されますが、この「セキュリティ警告」が表示された状態で「２分(120秒)」以上放っておいてその後「続行」ボタンを押すと次のような
Application fault メッセージを表示してWindowsXPが固まってしまいます。
「２分」以内なら Application fault は起きません。
TeraTerm4.61/TeraTerm4.60/TeraTerm4.59でも同じ現象がでます。
バグか分かりませんが、報告します。

teraterm 4.70 When connected to a serial port, logging the receiving data, after 20 minutes or so data appears to be corrupted. Logged Data in the logfile is intact. With Hyperterm, i have no problem receiving the same data. This happens to me on 2 different pc. I used Hardware com1 and com2 with 4800 Baud, I dont know if it ist the Time of the connection or the ammount of Data, which triggers the problem.

I am launching ttpmacro from an application. At some point, if the test running on the device fails, it sends a WM_CLOSE message to ttpmacro to close it down. If ttpmacro has launched a session with ttermpro, ttermpro does not exit when ttpmacro is closed. It would be useful to either link the two so that if ttermpro is launched from ttpmacro, they both close when WM_CLOSE is sent, or provide a way to set a flag that says ttermpro should be closed when ttpmacro is closed.

This doesn't solve the problem that I am trying to solve. What I need is a way such that if ttpmacro is sent a close message from another application, I can either trap on that to use closett or link them together such that ttpmacro will send the close message to teraterm when it receives the close message.

we administrate and debug networks and by definition we are connected to several network devices at the same time, it could be 10 to 15.

it is very convenient or even decisive for the use of a terminal emulator that it has tabs interface, like for example all browsers have now (firefox, chrome, IE9, IE8, opera, etc.).

I really think it is a key feature, it is easy to tell do you prefer have 11 different windows open, or only one with tabs inside ?

I have not found a previous feature request about it so I added this one.

Terminal goes out of sync when wider than 80 columns, requiring a reset. (Separate issue. Doing 'reset' from the console, resets terminal width to 80 chars, but a 'Reset Terminal' from the Control menu does not do this)

Steps to reproduce: * SSH to Linux machine using bash console. * Resize window to wider than 80 columns. * Run a command e.g. 'ls' * redo the command using 'CTRL-R ls' * You may notice a 'Bell' chime * The terminal is now out-of-sync

Example: type 'example' on the bash prompt, then press BACKSPACE a few times.

You should see: $ example $ exampl $ examp $ exam

But behavior is: $ example $ exampl e $ examp l e $ exam p l e

Confirmed this is not specific to window width, I've reproduced at 80 colums as well. Various factors such as the length of the command prompt play a role in reproducing this. It does not always trigger.

File-Log で保存されるものはログとして正しいですが表示結果とは異なります。GetSaveFileNmae を出して表示中のバッファを保存する機能が欲しいです。

バッファには上限があるので全てを記録する用途には使えないですが、最初の行が途中からにならなければよいと思います。

Tying to send a file by XMODEM-Checksum (8-Bit Modulo) will be sent as XMODEM-CRC. To select the option "Checksum" has no effect. First in transfer window "checksum" will be shown. Receiver sends an xH01 (SOH) and sender should send first block. But when receiver sends SOH, nothing happens. When receiver sends an "C" as ready-signal for a CRC-transfer, Teraterm will change its status to "CRC" in tranfer windows and the transfer will start as CRC.

So Xmodem with Option "Checksum" doesnt work...

Found this error by trying to use TT for XMODEM-Firmware-upload to an Atmega128 with self programmed bootloader with XMODEM-Checksum.

This bug has existed for a long time in TerraTerm.

After 20 to 30 minutes of use, or after a large volume of data has been sent/displayed on screen the output becomes very corrupted. The only solution is to exit terraterm and restart.

It is easy to reproduce - for example connect two PCs together, on PC(A) send a large file (2 to 3 megabytes) at a high baudrate (example 115200)

In my case I have a small embeded ARM cpu board with a serial port that generates lots of data. I can do the same with two PCs.

The receiving PC may overflow and get lost during the high volume transfer. But - when the data transfer has completed or stopped - I would expect the display to return to normal. I should be able to "reset" or "clear" the display and return to normal operation. I cannot. I should not be required to *exit* terra term.

Today I installed Tera Term 4.67 and tried the new dispstr macro function. I believe there is a bug. I found that the connect command must return a result of 2 in order for dispstr to work. Even though a result of 1 from connect is enough to link the macro to a TeraTerm console, dispstr will not display the string.

For example, I do not have a COM5 on my system, so the following macro opens a TeraTerm console window but does *not* display the string 'hello' in the TeraTerm window:

connect '/C=5'
dispstr 'hello'

I do have a COM1 on my system, so the following macro produces the expected result:

connect '/C=1'
dispstr 'hello'

I believe a macro like this could be useful:

connect '/C=1'
if result == 1 then
  dispstr 'Error opening COM1'
elseif result == 2 then
  dispstr 'Successfully opened COM1'
endif

I also believe that a dispstr command should link MACRO to a new TeraTerm window if one is not already linked, but that is more of a feature request.

Hi,

Currently, the dispstr command can not be executed while Tera Term does not connect to the host. This is not bug but specification. However, the macro document is further explanation, and I have updated the document.

お世話になります。

http://sourceforge.jp/ticket/browse.php?group_id=1412&tid=12865 でコメントしていたのですが完了しているせいか動きがなかったので新規チケット発行させてもらいました。

発生している事象としては過去の事象とは反対で、自動スクロールがとまってしまいます。

現象:

term != Winsize の時、水平スクロールが表示されている状態でウィンドウの高さを変更すると一番下の行が表示されず、自動スクロールも停止してしまう。

見た感じですが、水平スクロールの部分に最下段が表示されているような状態です。垂直スクロールバーにて最下段を表示することは出来ますが、コマンド等スクロールするような操作をしてもスクロールしません。

再現方法:

1. Terminalの設定で Term != Win にチェックする。
2. マウス操作にてウィンドウの幅を狭くして水平スクロールが表示されるようにする。 → この時点では、自動スクロールします。
3. マウス操作にてウィンドウの高さを変更する。 → 自動スクロールしなくなります。

未対応の機能だったのですね。失礼しました。

最下行でのみスクロールするをオフにして最下行が表示されることは確認できました。

個人的には、最下行で自動スクロールされないことよりも、最下行以外で自動スクロールされてしまうことの方がつかいにくくなってしまうので今の仕様のまま、連動してオフになってしまうのは都合悪いです。

# スクロール中にスクロールを止めることが出来なくなってしまう。
# あと、コピペの都合(別件の機能リクエスト参照)でなるべく折り返したくないというわがままもあります。

最初はスクロールバーのサイズ分なにか計算しわすれてるのかな?程度におもって不具合報告とさせていただきましたがウィンドウサイズをマウスで変更したときに、端末のサイズを超えて高さを変更できてしまったり(LINES変数はそのまま)、未対応分を実装するとなると複雑なことになりそうな予感がしてしまいます。

未実装機能ということで了解しました。

スクロールが置き去りになるだけで、かつ、スクロール完了後なに入力すれば入力行が表示されるということもありますので、差し支えなければ、チケットの種類をバグから機能リクエストの方へ変更して、そのうち対応するかもしれないとしていただけれは幸いです。

複数のターミナルを多数同時に開いていると、今どのサーバのターミナルを操作しているかわからなくなります。
そのため、コマンドラインで/BGCOLOR=#000000や、/BGCOLOR=#CCCCCCなどといった感じで背景色を変えられると便利になるのではと考えています。
（また、背景色によっては文字も見にくくなるために/FONTCOLOR=#FFFFFF、/FONTBOLDCOLOR=#0000FFなどと言った感じで文字色も変更できるように）

もしくは、バックグラウンドに画像ファイルで壁紙を貼る機能（とコマンドラインから指定できる機能）があれば
背景に「DBサーバ」、「WEBサーバ」、「APPサーバ」などと書かれた画像ファイルを貼り付ければ、
現在の接続先のサーバがわかりやすくなるのではと考えています。

ターミナルエミュレータとしての重要度は高い物とは思えませんが
何とぞご検討いただきますようよろしくお願いします。

内容が機能の追加リクエストなのでチケットの種類を変更します。

現状では /F= コマンドラインオプションで別設定をした　INI　ファイルを指定することができます。ssh -o HOGE=fuga のようなコマンドラインオプションを作れないかという話は以前ありましたが、実現に至っていません。

個人的な意見ですが、背景画像や透過は文字が読みにくくなるので好みではありません。.zshrc で PROMPT='%M:%/%# ' のようにしており、これなら接続先からさらに先にログインしても今いるサーバがわかります。

現状、制御シーケンス中に GR 領域の文字が現れた場合、制御シーケンスとしての解釈を中断するようになっている。

しかし ECMA-48 5th edition の "9. Transformation between 7-bit and 8-bit coded representations" には以下の記述がある。

In an 8-bit code, the bit combinations of columns 10 to 15 are permitted to represent

Parameter Bytes, Intermediate Bytes, and Final Bytes of a control sequence
the contents of the command string or the character string as part of a control string (see 5.6)
the operand of a single-shift control function.

In these situations, the bit combinations in the range 10/00 to 15/14 shall have the same meanings as the corresponding bit combinations in the range 02/00 to 07/14.

この記述に従うならば、GL 領域の対応する文字として扱うべきという事になる。ただ、この通り実装すると #23931 と似た問題が起きる可能性がある。

例えば、0x1b 0xe3 が 0x1b 0x63 と解釈され、RIS(端末リセット) でシリアルポートが瞬断されて文字の取りこぼしが起きる。

また、端末 ID が vt100 系の場合は 0x9b 0x63 や 0x9b 0xe3 でも同様の動作になる。

この問題をどのように扱うかは十分な検討が必要。

Hi developers of TeraTerm, if the received lines are about 200 characters or longer, the chacacters doesn't appear completely on screen but the log-file (if activated) is allways complete. LANG=ja_JP.UTF-8 に設定されたホストに接続して漢字のディレクトリにしたところタイトルが文字化けしました。

cd まとめ　とすると、タイトルバーには、 "ホスト名:22 - ユーザ名@ホスト名:~/　セ　ィ　・ VT" のように文字化けとなりました。

"ホスト名:22 - ユーザ名@ホスト名:~/まとめ VT" のように表示することはできないでしょうか。

お世話になります。

termsize != winsize の時に関する機能リクエストなのですがセッションを複製したときにウィンドウサイズを引き継げるようにすることは難しいでしょうか? また、ウィンドウサイズをINIに設定できるようになるとうれしいです。
要望の背景ですが、画面のサイズを超えるバッファサイズが指定されたときに超えないようにウィンドウのサイズを調整する機能があるみたいなのですが端ぎりぎりまで伸びてしまうのでつかうときにウィンドウの横幅を変更したりしています。 # フォントを大きめにしているのと、画面の解像度が低いせいです。

このとき、セッションを複製した場合にウィンドウサイズが都度初期化されてしまうので引き継いでくれると便利かなと思いました。あと、INIに記録されていれば毎回横幅を変更しなくてもよくなるので助かります。

ただ、こんなぎりぎりの使い方をしている人は少ないと思うので優先度は低くしていただいてかまいません。

私もこの機能に一票入れさせていただきます。 termsize > winsize で20個以上Teraを立ち上げていますが、毎日10分以上かけて20回以上のwinsizeの変更しています（笑） VTPosはあるのにwinsizeが無いなんてとても残念です。ぜひiniファイルでの対応をお願いいたします。

お世話になります。
どうしようもなく悩ましい部分なのですが下記のような改善できませんでしょうか? 優先度的には、何かのついででもかまいません。

1. term == Win の時、ウィンドウがスクリーンよりも大きくなったとき、ターミナル端の部分が折り返さずに切れてしまう。

→ ウィンドウのサイズを自動的に調整しているせいで、バッファ上は端にとどかない部分が切れてしまっているようです。

ターミナルの横幅を超えた分については折り返して表示されます。
*表示上だけでも折り返して表示することは出来ないでしょうか?

2. ターミナル端に全角の1バイト目がきたときに空白が挿入されてしまう

→ SJISとEUCで確認しました。

*そのまま出力しても文字が切れるか化けるかなので表示上空白が挿入されてしまうのは、仕方ないと思うのですが

ログや範囲選択(コピー)の時には、挿入した空白を削除(含めない)できないでしょうか?

inputbox、yesnoboxの応答/入力待ちで、ダイアログボックスを表示してから設定した時間を計画すると、

仮定値を入力されたものと見なして、ダイアログボックスを閉じてマクロの処理を継続するような仕組みが

あるととても便利なのですが。同様に、messageboxについても表示時間の上限を設定できるといいです。

100枚以上のウィンドウに対して exit のようなウィンドウが閉じられるコマンドを sendmulticastcommand で送信した時、送られないウィンドウが出る時がある。(AutoWinClose=onの時)

以下の条件では特に発生しない。

ウィンドウを閉じないコマンドの送信
sleep 5; exit のようにウィンドウが閉じるタイミングを遅らせた場合、
AutoWinClose=off でウィンドウが自動で閉じない時

おそらく、コマンドを送っている途中で閉じるウィンドウが出る事で、ウィンドウリストが更新される為だと思われる。

I want to use Tera Term to connect to a UART. There is a USB to UART converter chip, and the USB connection shows up as COM7 in Windows. However, I cannot select COM7 in Tera Term. It is available in TeraTermProWeb 3.1.3.

Currently, on the File->New Connection... window, it only allows you to select the serial port. I think this window should also have all of the serial port settings: Baud Rate, Data Bits, Stop Bits, etc. It is a pain to have to connect to a COM port in one window, then go to a second location under Setup->Serial Port to set the baud rate.

端末IDの設定が VT382 の時は Primary DA の応答が DEC テクニカル文字セットに対応している事になっている。可能ならば DEC テクニカル文字セットに対応する。

DEC テクニカル文字セットには Unicode に収録されていない文字も含まれているので、まずフォントを作る所から始める必要があり。フォントが出来れば実装は簡単そう。

数分間隔にコマンド送信して出力結果をログ保存するマクロを複数の宛先に並列で稼動させると、数時間～数日後にWindowsのApplication Faultが発生し、Teratermが停止してしまいます。本事象はバージョン4.65、4.66にて発生確認済みです。

必要であれば、Application Fault発生時に作成されるappcompat.txtを送付致します。

+SSL 設定は、telnets に該当種類のプロキシを通して接続するものらしい。

begin_relay_xxxを出たあとでsslsocketを作っているようだが、begin_relay_xxxの中にいる間にサーバ側がエラーを出してしまう。

この接続だと問題なくつながるので、telnets サーバになっている delegated:8992 には問題ないと思われる。

Copy & pasting from my comment on Ticket #19711 (resize clears the screen). I guess it should really be a new ticket:

New to TeraTerm (4.65), so I'm not sure if this change is the cause, but I think this feature needs to be better implemented. When I make the window smaller, it clips the content to the new resized area, and not just the current view but the whole buffer. So if the window was 80 char wide, and you make it 30 characters wide, anything that was right of the 30 characters mark is lost.

The view/output, after being rendered, should not be modified. If you resize the window, you only see a subset of the view, but if you make it bigger, you see again. There could be a horizontal scrollbar option that a user can toggle, if wants to see whats off the screen to the right/left. I prefer to be no horizontal bar, but I'm sure someone will request one, so a toggle would be good. In SecureCRT , this is the behaviour, where the view stays. If you make it smaller, you just can't see it, but if you make the window larger again, etc., its still there.

1.問題点

接続先のAIXでプロンプトに#以外を表示させる設定になっているAIXに接続した際に、ログの表示がおかしくなります。

以下、(1)のように操作を行うとログ上では(2)のようにプロンプト部分（例では「p5p520:/#」）やコマンド表示が繰り返し記録されてしまいました。なお、AIXのデフォルトではプロンプト部分は#のみ（あるいは$のみ）になるが、その場合同事象は発生しませんでした。

また、タイムスタンプ機能をOFFにしても、本事象は発生しました。送受信改行コードをデフォルトのCRからCR+LFやLFに変更しても変化なしでした。

2.環境

TeraTermバージョン：4.65

TeraTerm実行OS：Windows XP、Windwows2003

接続先OS：AIX 5.3、6.1

TERATERM.INIの以下の項目はデフォルトから変更しています。

LogDefaultName=%Y%m%d_%H%M%S_&h_teraterm.log

LogDefaultPath=.\teratermlog

LogAutoStart=on

LogTimestamp=on

これがTeraTermの問題かどうか判断するのが当方の所持している環境では難しいのですが、回避策だけでもあればご教示いただきたく思っております。

前のコメントでも書きましたが、今回のような出力でも綺麗なように見えるログ形式は以前から検討はしています。ただ、これも前に書きましたが、そのようなログ形式では記録されない部分がありますので、ログとして必要な部分が記録されない可能性があります。
例えば、ksh で set -o emacs や set -o gmacs をした時に、コマンドラインでの一行の長さが長くなると先頭部分が隠れてしまい、どのようなコマンドを入力したか判らなくなってしまいます。

それは確かに致命的というかかなり問題ですね。前に書いてらしたのはそういう意味だったのですね。

この為、このようなログ形式は業務での使用には耐えないと思っています。

それは使用に耐えないどころのレベルではないですね。 Poderosaが隠れてしまう部分をログに残さない仕様であるとすると、確かに考えものです。確認しておきます。

気が進まない理由は理解しました。ありがとうございました。

The macro editor does not support the use of floating numbers.

When reading floating characters like str2int T '11.3985' ; the variable T is not assigned to the floating value.

Also, when the variable is directly assigned T = 79.2673 ; the Macro sent out an error.

bashなどで"export http_proxy=http://username:password@hostname:port"
のようにパスワードをコマンドラインに打ち込まなければならない状況や、
標準出力に表示しなければならない状況があります。
この出入力されたパスワードはログにそのまま残ってしまいます。
そこでパスワードをログに載せないようにしたいと考えています。

私が考えている載せない方法は以下ですが、可能ならば３の機能が欲しいと考えています。

1. ログを編集する

　…ログを編集するのはISMS等の管理面から避けたいですが、やむなし？

2. 記載しないキーワードをあらかじめ指定する

　…判定しつつ書き込むため、スループット悪化？

　…キーワードが複数の場合はさらに悪化

　…あらかじめ指定したキーワードは某ウイルスの餌食

　…操作中にキーワードが増えた場合、対処できず

3. ログ採取終了時に埋めてしまう

　…終了時にダイアログ出現し、キーワード群(改行でキーワード分離)と、

　　　埋める際の代替文字(*や_など)を入力

　…機能不要の場合、出現しないようにする(デフォルト不要)

　…ファイルタイムスタンプは接続終了時と同値

３でできたファイルがログと言えるかどうかは微妙ですし、
パスワードと同じ文字列があった場合は埋まってしまいます(ユーザ名＝パスワードの場合は最悪です)が、
ログを手で編集するよりはマシだと思えます。

IPMItoolで、パスワード指定する場合も、同じ話がありますね。 psで見たときのパスワードは書き潰されるようになっていますが、Tera Termのログには残ってしまいます。

おそらく送信先が「ホームディレクトリ」に固定されているので、それが不便なのだと思われます。ファイルブラウザ実装は大変そうですが、テキストボックスでの手入力ができるようになるだけでも、嬉しいとかあるでしょうかね。

v4.64. Base product. No components installed. Running on winxp sp3. Hardware 1.2GHz Via C3Laptop. Serial COM6 (Prolific USB port). File contains only printable ascii bytes and CR LF. Target is an external connexant modem that is online.

Reboot occurs Several minutes after send file started. But only on laptop. Not on Faster Desktop. So Intermittent. Had this happen about 12 times today. But continue to use it because Send_file is so fast and it is easy to use.

残り時間の計算は大変そうなので、経過時間を表示するのはどうでしょうか。

複数ファイルをサポートしているので、その場合に合計時間か単一ファイルの時間かが微妙ですが。

Hello, I am using TeraTerm as my preffered terminal. Though I have a small discontent, the Backspace character is captured in the log file "as is" instead of correcting the input line thus cluttering the logfile sometimes beyond any recognition. Also this is somehow concatenating the inputted lines making the capture reading a real pain. I understand that this might be viewed by somebody as a feature since the "whole" input is captured but an option to actually correct the inputted line would be very useful. Thanks,

I guess you are logging with binary flag. You can log without binary flag, and with plaintext flag.

But these options are only suppress output particular(e.g. control-sequences) characters. It doesn't revert the already outputed characters.

If you want to get the displayed screen log, File'-Replay log' the binary log and Edit'-Select all' and Edit'-Copy'.

1年ぶりくらいで4.64にアップデートしてみたら，cygtermを2枚あげようとするとCPUを使いきって走り，ターミナルウィンドウが表示されない。 4.6.2まで遡ってみたが，症状は同じでした。アップデート前に使っていたバージョンのインストールパッケージをうかつにも消してしまったため，かなり困っています。 4.6.2.よりも古いバージョンで試してみたいので，それらがダウンロードできるようにしていただけないでしょうか。どうかお願いします。

When developing a complex Macro script, it would be nice to be able to enter macro script lines one at a time within the teraterm session window. Such that you could test or query variables and develop what the right command sequence is for a macro script. Additionally, it would be nice to have a history of the last entered commands and any global or local variable results they produced from this single line entry method. Potentially when a Macro fails to error, this interface could be available to help debug the failure.

"その他"の接続(Telnet=off)時、自分からはTelnetネゴシエーションは行わない。この状態でTelnetコマンドを検出しても、相手からのコマンドには対応するが自分からはネゴシエーションを行わない。

相手からのTelnetコマンドを検出した時、せめてSGA程度は自分からネゴシエーションを行うべき。
