Develop and Download Open Source Software

I have a refurbished Western Digital HDD (2TB Green) that I received as a replacement, and Crystal Disk Info does not find it. I don't know exactly what you need to help fix this problem. Speed Fan can find the drive and report the SMART data and Firmware, but there is no model number or any other information. Windows 7 lists this for the Hardware Ids: "SCSI\Disk_50.0"
