Would it be possible to display the Identify Device data in a format that matches the layout in the corresponding section of the ATA standard?

CrystalDiskInfo 4.3.0 Beta2 supports ATA standard style of IDENTIFY_DEVICE dump. Please test it.

Identify Device data in column 5 is incorrect. Column 5 is a copy of column 6.
