新規サンプルTTXを追加

TTXRecurringCommand -- 定期的に文字列を送信する。Ayera版のRecurringCommand相当の機能。

作りかけでほったらかしていたけれど、一応動くのでとりあえずリポジトリに追加。
まだUIが無い為、使うにはTERATERM.INIを編集する必要あり。

ToDo:
  設定用ダイアログを作成する。
