This is the first release of skf-1.97.
1.97 series have following changes.

(1) MIME/ACE encoding support.
(2) Further nkf compatibility feature supported (cf. --overwrite). You'll need to sprcify --nkf-compat to use many of the features.
(3) Further code refactering.

And this is declaration of EOL of 1.95 series.

1.97 系をリリースします。
1.97 系は以下機能が追加されています。

(1) MIME/ACE encode 機能。
(2) nkf 互換機能 (--overwrite) などを、-B などの特に利用頻度の低そうな物を除いて一通りサポート。但し、--nkf-compat オプションが必要な物がほとんどです。
(3) コード整理と、バグ修正。

これ以降 1.95 はサポートしません。
