WTFortune is a simple program written in C++ on wxWidgets to display the fortune cookies randomly on Windows based machines. It is similar to 'Wanda the Fish' program on Gnome.
This comes with a 'fortunes' folder that was originally taken from http://packages.debian.org/squeeze/all/fortunes-min/filelist. You can download file releases of WTFortune project from List of release files
