Would you recoomend this project?

This project contains short Perl scripts that I have written to help in genome assembly. The are useful for filtering illumina reads, merging paired-end files, sorting assembler outputs (contigs), and searching contig lists using blast.

These scipts were written for my needs, thus they may lack descriptions and may need modification for your use. Nor can I guarantee that they work correctly. However, I am working on making them more universal in application and welcome any suggestions.
